Job Purpose We are looking for an analyst who can support with enterprise-wide operational risk and support LOBs in reviewing controls.

Key responsibilities

- Maintaining the enterprise-wide operational risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) program as well as providing controls testing support for the RCSA program.



Support LOBs in reviewing controls to support independent testing of design and operating effectiveness.
- Review RCSA and create documentation request for Testing, Build Test Plan, Select Samples (ability to conduct analysis), Review documents/ test controls.
- Document sample information and highlight attributes, Conduct QA of Testing
- Enter testing information into Archer Design & Operating Test Record, Move documents for evidence to folders; assist with tracking of outstanding evidence, Obtain information to align control and procedure in Archer and Prepare and send Testing Announcements & Memos.
- Draft issues and Review findings with stakeholders
- Supporting audit or other requests

Key competencies
- Experience in understanding operational risk
- Platform experience on Archer is required.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to assess and flag risk parameters.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
