Job Summary The English Language Trainer will be responsible for developing students’ English language proficiency, communication skills, confidence, and overall language competency through engaging and structured training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct English language training sessions for students across different proficiency levels.
- Develop students’ Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW) skills.
- Improve students’ vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, fluency, and communication skills.
- Design and deliver engaging activities, discussions, role plays, presentations, and language exercises.
- Assess students’ English language proficiency and identify individual learning needs.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, worksheets, and assessment activities.
- Monitor students’ progress and maintain appropriate training records.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their continuous improvement.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English in academic and real-life situations.
- Conduct speaking and communication activities to improve fluency and confidence.
- Collaborate with English teachers and academic teams to strengthen students’ language development.
- Participate in language-related events, competitions, clubs, and school activities.
- Prepare periodic reports on students’ progress and training outcomes.
- Follow the academic standards, policies, and guidelines of the school.




- Perform other duties assigned by the Principal / School Management.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English / English Language / Linguistics / Education or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. or relevant teaching/training certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with certifications in English language training such as TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent will be preferred.

Experience
- Prior experience as an English Language Trainer, English Teacher, Communication Skills Trainer, or Language Facilitator is preferred.
- Experience in schools, international schools, CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE environments, or language-training institutions will be an advantage.

- Improvement in students’ English language proficiency.
- Improvement in students’ speaking fluency and confidence.
- Student participation and engagement in language activities.
- Progress in LSRW assessments.
- Effective implementation of English language training programmes.
- Timely submission of lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
