Job Summary The English Language Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging English language training programmes to improve learners' communication, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, presentation, and professional communication skills.

The trainer will assess learners' existing proficiency, design appropriate training programmes, conduct interactive sessions, and monitor participants' progress.

Key Responsibilities1. Training Delivery

- Conduct English language training sessions for students, faculty, professionals, or employees.
- Develop interactive and learner-centric classroom sessions.
- Train participants in:
- Spoken English
- Grammar
- Vocabulary
- Pronunciation
- Listening skills
- Reading comprehension
- Writing skills
- Business and professional communication
- Presentation skills
- Group discussions
- Interview skills
- Public speaking
- Email and workplace communication.
- Use role plays, group discussions, presentations, activities, case studies, and other practical learning methods.

1. Assessment & Progress Monitoring

- Conduct initial assessments to determine learners' English proficiency.
- Identify individual learning gaps and develop appropriate improvement plans.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, speaking activities, and assessments.
- Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain training records and performance reports.

1. Content Development

- Develop lesson plans, training modules, worksheets, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Customize content according to the learners' age, proficiency level, academic background, and professional requirements.




- Continuously update training material with relevant workplace and real-life communication scenarios.

1. Student/Participant Development

- Build learners' confidence in using English in professional and social situations.
- Help participants overcome hesitation and fear of speaking English.
- Provide individual guidance and remedial support where required.
- Prepare students for interviews, placements, presentations, and professional communication.

1. Corporate Training

For corporate assignments, the trainer may also be responsible for:
- Business English training.
- Professional email writing.
- Telephone and virtual communication.
- Meeting and negotiation skills.
- Presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Customer communication.
- Workplace etiquette and interpersonal communication.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, Education, Communication, or a related field. or Doctorate Degree
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
- Candidates with relevant professional training experience may also be considered.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in English language training, soft-skills training, communication training, or teaching.
- Experience in corporate training will be an advantage.
- Experience in training college students or working professionals is preferred.

Salary & Benefits Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and institutional/company norms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
