Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs that enhance learners' communication, employability, and workplace readiness. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom and virtual sessions, developing training content, assessing learner progress, and preparing candidates for successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive training sessions on soft skills, communication, and employability.

- Prepare lesson plans, training calendars, presentations, and learning materials.

- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, case studies, and group activities.

- Evaluate learner performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training reports.

- Coordinate with placement and academic teams to ensure candidates are job-ready.

- Mentor learners to improve confidence, communication,



and professional behavior.

- Customize training modules based on industry requirements and client needs.

- Stay updated with industry trends and adopt innovative training methodologies.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).

- Ability to engage learners through interactive and experiential learning techniques.

- Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and online training platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- MBA, MA (English), B.Ed., or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Corporate Training, Learning &
- Development, or English Language Training is an added advantage.
