Position Title-Engineer-Mechanical Design

Job Location: Nashik(Ambad)

Educational Qualification Required: Diploma-Mechanical/BE-Mechanical

No Of Postion:1

Experience Required:2 to 5yrs

Skill sets needed:

- Experience: professional experience in CAD design, preferably within the Engine or heavy machinery industry.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in PTC Creo (or similar parametric CAD software). Knowledge of Windchill for data management is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of internal combustion engine components and their functions. Additional knowledge of Sheet metal components.
- Design Skills: Strong understanding of GD&T; principles and their application in mechanical design.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

/ roles & responsibilities

- Design/ modelling in detail several of engine components (e.g., pistons, crankshafts,



cylinder blocks) using PTC Creo software.
- Design/modelling knowledge in Sheet metal products (Canopy, control panel etc.)
- Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings in compliance with engineering standards, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T;).
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet all technical and manufacturability requirements.
- Manage and control product data, drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs) using the

Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback to optimize component design for performance, cost, and reliability.
- Conduct basic engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., clearance checks, interference analysis) within the CAD setting to validate designs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and revision control for all CAD models and drawings
