Job Overview :

Seeking an experienced Endpoint Management / IT Operations professional with 7+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, End User Computing (EUC), Workplace Technology, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Service Management.

Technical Expertise :

- Solid expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, MobileIron/Ivanti, Windows Endpoint Management, macOS, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, Windows Autopilot, WSUS, Device Compliance, Software Deployment, Patch Management, MDM, and Endpoint Security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and manage comprehensive endpoint security frameworks to protect enterprise assets across diverse operating systems.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of device management using SCCM and Intune to ensure consistent policy enforcement and patch compliance.
- Configure and maintain Entra ID and Active Directory environments to streamline identity management and secure access control.




- Implement and optimize Autopilot workflows to automate device provisioning, reducing manual overhead and improving the user onboarding experience.
- Manage mobile device security and policy configurations using MobileIron and Ivanti Service Manager to maintain visibility over the mobile fleet.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues by collaborating with internal teams to minimize downtime and maintain high service availability.
- Develop and document technical standards and operational procedures to ensure consistency in security administration and audit readiness.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in incident/problem management, service health, operational reporting, stakeholder management, endpoint governance, automation, and continuous improvement is highly preferred.
