Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary executive liaison between the client organization and delivery teams, ensuring strategic alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Define and communicate the overall engagement vision, scope, objectives, and success criteria to all stakeholders.
- Oversee program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for expanded value delivery.
- Lead governance processes including steering committee meetings, executive reporting, and escalation management.
- Drive resolution of cross-functional issues and organizational impediments that affect delivery outcomes.




- Partner with resource management and practice leaders to ensure the right talent is deployed to deliver results.
- Provide strategic consulting on technology transformation and process improvement.

Qualifications

- Deep knowledge of large-scale IT program delivery, managed services, and digital transformation.
- Solid executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
- Proficiency in program governance frameworks, risk management, and financial oversight.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Financial services or highly regulated industry background preferred.
