Your hands-on expertise with platforms like Epic and Cerner is exactly what's needed to help AI systems better understand, reason about, and support real-world healthcare workflows. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your schedule, on your terms.

What You'll Do

- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows
- Review and assess the accuracy of AI outputs covering Epic, Cerner, and similar platform configurations
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated implementation guidance
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI understands healthcare IT




- Draw on your experience with clinical and administrative workflows to ensure AI outputs reflect real-world best practices
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Who You Are

- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
- Ability to evaluate and critique technical content for accuracy and real-world applicability
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

- Epic or Cerner certification
- Experience across multiple healthcare settings (hospital, ambulatory, specialty)
- Prior involvement in data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI/ML projects
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
