This role partners with leadership, marketing, HR, facilities, and business unit heads. /n Responsibilities /n 1.

Engagement & Culture /n Develop an engagement strategy; build an annual engagement calendar; foster an inclusive culture; and drive wellness and recognition. /n 2.

Communications & Employer Branding /n Own internal communications; design content using Canva; partner with marketing; create videos and employer branding content. /n 3.

Events & Experience /n Plan town halls, happy hours, global calls, talent shows, sports, team building,



recognition, and festivals; manage vendors and logistics. /n 4.

Feedback & Improvement /n Conduct surveys, analyze engagement trends, perform RAG analysis, and present recommendations. /n 5.

Stakeholder

Collaboration /n Collaborate with BU Heads, HR, Leadership, Marketing, and Facilities; manage vendors. /n 6. Innovation & Process Excellence /n Leverage AI and digital tools, automate communications, and improve engagement processes. /n Key Performance Indicators /n Employee Engagement Score
