Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic EmployAbility Project Coordinator to support the planning, implementation, and coordination of skilling and employment projects for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). The role involves stakeholder coordination, beneficiary mobilization, project execution, documentation, reporting, and supporting employer engagement activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Implementation

- Coordinate the implementation of EmployAbility projects and ensure timely execution of project activities.
- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs, workshops, placement drives, and other project-related activities.
- Coordinate with trainers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and escalate challenges when required.
- Provide operational support during online and offline training programs.

Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR partners, NGOs, training institutes, educational institutions, employers, and community organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and regular updates with partners.
- Support employer engagement activities, company visits, volunteering initiatives, and recruitment drives.

Beneficiary Mobilization & Candidate Support

- Mobilize and screen candidates for training and employment programs.
- Coordinate with NGOs, colleges,



disability organizations, and community partners to identify eligible candidates.
- Conduct orientation sessions and explain program objectives, timelines, and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with beneficiaries throughout the training and placement lifecycle.
- Support candidates with documentation, onboarding, and post-placement follow-up.

Documentation & Data Management

- Maintain project databases, beneficiary records, attendance, and training documentation.
- Prepare and update project trackers, activity reports, and beneficiary progress records.
- Assist in collecting and organizing project-related data for donor reporting and internal reviews.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of presentations, meeting minutes, and project updates.

Monitoring & Reporting

- Track project progress against defined goals and timelines.
- Collect beneficiary feedback and support impact assessment activities.
- Maintain accurate records of mobilization, enrollments, training completion, placements, and follow-ups.
- Support periodic reporting to CSR partners, donors, and internal management.
- Identify implementation challenges and suggest process improvements.

Events & Outreach

- Coordinate awareness programs, mobilization campaigns, job fairs, career guidance sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Support organizing corporate volunteering activities, employer visits, and networking events.
- Represent GiftAbled during project meetings and outreach initiatives whenever required.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, program management, recruitment, training coordination, community outreach,



or social sector initiatives.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for project activities, mobilization, and stakeholder meetings when required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the disability sector, livelihood programs, skill development, CSR projects, or NGO initiatives will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of disability inclusion, accessibility, and inclusive employment practices is preferred.
- Experience in beneficiary mobilization, community engagement, or training coordination is desirable.
- Familiarity with government skilling or employment initiatives will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in regional languages is a plus.

- Accuracy and completeness of project documentation and reports.
- Beneficiary enrollment, retention, training completion, and placement outcomes.
- Timely submission of reports and project updates.
- Stakeholder and beneficiary satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
