Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Embedded Firmware Leader and Engineer role based in Bengaluru or Noida. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining embedded firmware for electronic systems, including requirements analysis, architecture definition, coding, and documentation.

Daily responsibilities include debugging and optimizing embedded software, collaborating with hardware and electrical engineering teams, and ensuring reliable integration with ARM-based architectures. The individual will lead technical discussions, review code and design documents, mentor junior engineers, and help define best practices for embedded development.



The role also includes working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to meet project timelines, address field issues, and support continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong embedded software and firmware development skills, including experience with Embedded Software and Software Development in C/C++.
- Hands-on expertise in ARM Architecture, microcontrollers, and low-level programming for real-time and resource-constrained systems.
- Proficiency in Debugging embedded systems, using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and software debugging tools.
- Foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering, including understanding of schematics, interfaces, and hardware-software integration.
- Experience leading technical teams or projects in embedded systems, with the ability to review designs and guide implementation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build systems, and basic CI/CD practices for firmware projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, transparent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with safety-critical or quality-focused environments, and knowledge of relevant standards or testing methodologies, is an advantage.
