Ensure integration between ELV and:

- Coordinate signal exchange and control logic
- Support Integrated Systems Testing (IST) with MEP teams
5. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Manage ELV subcontractors and OEMs
- Conduct technical evaluations and approvals
- Ensure adherence to project schedule and QA standards
6. Testing & Commissioning
Lead ELV testing
Cable certification (Fluke/OTDR)
System functionality tests
- Coordinate with Lead MEP for:
IST execution
Tier certification readiness
- Support third-party commissioning agents
7. Quality & Compliance
- Implement QA/QC procedures aligned with MEP standards
Ensure documentation:
ITPs
Method statements
Test reports
- Maintain compliance with client and statutory requirements
8. Planning & Cost Control
- Develop ELV schedules integrated with MEP master schedule
- Track progress and report variances to Lead MEP
- Monitor procurement and cost efficiency
9. Risk Management
- Identify ELV-related risks impacting MEP systems
- Develop mitigation strategies in coordination with Lead MEP
- Ensure redundancy and uptime compliance
10. Team Leadership
- Lead ELV engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC teams
Coordinate closely with:
Electrical managers
Mechanical managers
- Train and mentor team members
11. Client & Stakeholder Interface
- Support Lead MEP in client presentations and reviews
Participate in:
Design reviews
Progress meetings
- Provide ELV updates and technical clarifications
