Job Summary

Yash Engineers Electromech Private Limited is looking for a Electrical Engineer / Supervisor for field and project site activities. The candidate will be responsible for electrical installation, site supervision, project execution, quality control, and coordination with project teams as per company and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and execution activities at project sites.
- Execute electrical work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and daily site activities.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, vendors, and other departments.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams.
- Inspect electrical installations and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.




- Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure project activities are completed as per planned schedules.
- Maintain proper records of measurements, work progress, and materials used.
- Travel to different project sites as per company requirements.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of electrical installation and site execution.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and SLDs.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, cables, earthing, lighting, and related systems.
- Strong site supervision and manpower management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work and travel at project sites as per company requirements.

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical projects, MEP, construction, or industrial projects.

Preferred Experience Experience in MEP projects, commercial buildings, industrial projects, electrical installation, testing & commissioning, or construction sites will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
