About the Role

Concord Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a technically strong and result-oriented Electrical Engineer – Transmission Line Projects to support engineering, planning and execution of EHV transmission line projects.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical activities between the project office, site team, contractors and clients and ensuring that project work is completed safely, correctly and within the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate day-to-day electrical activities for transmission line projects.
- Monitor site execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate tower erection, conductor stringing, earth wire and OPGW installation activities.
- Review drawings, BOQ, technical documents and site requirements.
- Coordinate with civil teams for tower foundation and associated works.
- Monitor line route, tower locations and site progress.
- Coordinate with survey, civil, erection and stringing teams.
- Verify material requirements and coordinate with stores/procurement teams.
- Check proper utilization and installation of transmission line materials.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants and utility authorities.
- Monitor quality of erection and installation work.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.




- Maintain project documentation, measurements and site records.
- Identify technical issues at site and coordinate corrective actions.
- Assist in testing, inspection and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate shutdown and energization-related activities wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and electrical safety standards.
- Support Project Manager in achieving project milestones and completion targets.

Technical Exposure Preferred Candidates having hands-on experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- 66kV / 132kV / 220kV Transmission Lines
- EHV Transmission Line Construction
- Tower Foundation & Tower Erection
- Conductor Stringing
- Earth Wire / OPGW Stringing
- Transmission Line Hardware & Accessories
- Sagging & Tensioning Activities
- Electrical Testing & Commissioning
- ROW / Route Coordination
- EPC / Turnkey Power Projects

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–7 years of experience in transmission line or power infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Practical knowledge of transmission line execution.
- Ability to coordinate multiple site teams and contractors.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Good communication and reporting skills.




- Knowledge of site safety practices and work permits.
- Willingness to travel and work at project locations.

Compensation Salary: 25000 - 40000
