Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Electrical Engineer with a strong background or keen interest in the Fasteners, and Nut, bolt manufacturing sector. This position is open to both fresh graduates and professionals with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial or factory environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and safely. Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be given strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Maintenance: Oversee the installation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, transformers, switchgears, and PLC-based machinery.
- Production Support: Ensure uninterrupted power supply and minimal downtime across all manufacturing units and shop floors.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to plant safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and industrial electrical codes.
- Breakdown Analysis: Rapidly diagnose electrical faults in production machinery and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of equipment maintenance, spare parts inventory,



and daily shift reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and mechanical maintenance teams to optimize plant efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience within a manufacturing, industrial plant, or production unit environment. (Freshers with relevant manufacturing internships or final-year projects will be considered).
- Industry Knowledge: Well-versed in manufacturing sector operations, factory shop-floor environments, and industrial automation basics (PLCs, VFDs).
- Skills:
- Strong aptitude for troubleshooting electrical machinery and control circuits.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and wiring blueprints.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are strongly preferred.
