Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in Electrical or Civil site work to manage and supervise daily project activities in Silvassa.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant site experience and be comfortable handling workers, contractors, materials, work progress, quality checks, and daily site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor daily work progress, quality, and timelines.
- Supervise electrical and/or civil work at project sites.
- Check work according to drawings, specifications, and instructions.
- Coordinate manpower and allocate work to site workers.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of materials and equipment.
- Prepare daily site reports and provide regular progress updates.
- Coordinate material requirements with the concerned team.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Ensure safety guidelines and site procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding project progress and site requirements.
- Visit different project/site locations in Silvassa as required.

Requirements
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience.
- Experience in electrical, civil, construction, infrastructure, or project site work.
- Good knowledge of site activities and team coordination.
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings and technical instructions.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily site reporting will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working at different project/site locations in Silvassa.
- Candidates willing to work in a site-based environment are preferred.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability.
