Guide students on suitable destinations such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, and other countries. Assist students with the university/course selection and application process. Explain requirements related to IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc., wherever applicable.
Guide students regarding application documentation, SOP, LOR, resumes, and other admission requirements. Coordinate with universities, institutions, and internal admission teams. Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, applications, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
