Job Summary

Responsible for building relationships with schools and colleges, generating institutional leads, conducting outreach activities, and developing business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and connect with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Build relationships with Principals, HODs, Placement Officers, and management.
- Generate leads through calls, visits, networking, and references.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance, and awareness programs.
- Develop and convert institutional partnership opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with institutions.
- Achieve monthly outreach, lead generation, and business targets.
- Maintain CRM records and daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and guidelines.





Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
