Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Education Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will guide aspiring students toward suitable career paths, understand their requirements, and drive admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with students through calls, messages, and emails.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain programs, course fees, and the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Education Counselling, Sales, Telecalling, or a related field preferred.




- Freshers can also apply with excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
