We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, updating product information, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Enter and maintain accurate product information, pricing, inventory, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Upload new products and ensure listings are completed within the required timelines.
- Regularly review live listings and identify incorrect, missing, or outdated information.
- Perform quality checks to maintain high product-data accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update product information.
- Maintain product catalogs and ensure consistency across different platforms.
- Assist with e-commerce data analysis and reporting using MS Excel.
- Monitor product listing status and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality of company and product data.




- Support the E-Commerce Manager/Operations Lead with day-to-day catalog and listing activities.

Required Skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong data-quality mindset.
- Good understanding of product data, catalog management, and online listings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in E-Commerce, Product Listing, Data Entry, Catalog Management, or Back Office Operations.
- Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, or similar e-commerce marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce product cataloging and listing best practices.
