E-Commerce Marketplace & Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace & Sales Manager to manage and grow our online sales across Amazon, Flipkart and our own e-commerce website.

The candidate should have hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and e-commerce websites, along with strong knowledge of marketplace advertising, product listing optimization, SEO and online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and sales across Amazon, Flipkart and our e-commerce website.
- Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ content.
- Plan and manage Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads and online advertising campaigns.
- Optimize products for marketplace SEO and improve organic rankings and visibility.
- Manage Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content and Brand Store.
- Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, competitors, orders, returns and overall marketplace performance.
- Manage and optimize the company website to improve traffic, conversions and online sales.
- Work on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital marketing channels to drive website sales.
- Analyze sales and advertising data and continuously improve ROAS,



conversion rates and revenue.
- Identify new opportunities to increase online sales and improve the performance of existing products.
- Handle marketplace/website-related issues and coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, payment gateways, logistics partners and other service providers when required.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
- Solid experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience managing an e-commerce website, preferably Shopify.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads and e-commerce SEO.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and listing optimization.
- Good understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates and e-commerce analytics.
- Strong analytical and sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to independently manage and grow online sales across multiple channels.

Experience in computer accessories, IT hardware, cables, networking products or electronics will be an advantage. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
