Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace operations, sales analysis, and coordination with marketplace teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage product listings on Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and other marketplaces.
- Create and update product titles, descriptions, attributes, images, sizes, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor product listings and resolve issues related to catalog, SKU, size, images, pricing, and product visibility.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock availability across marketplaces.
- Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, RTOs, and sales performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Track important E-commerce metrics such as GMV, ASP, DRR, ROI, ROAS, ad spend, conversion, and sell-through.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for listing, catalog, account, and operational issues.
- Monitor marketplace advertisements and campaigns and suggest improvements based on performance.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, accounts,



and customer service teams for smooth operations.
- Identify slow-moving products and stock-related issues and share actionable insights.
- Ensure all marketplace information is accurate and updated on time.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of E-commerce marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, FirstCry, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets including formulas, filters, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Valuable attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Fashion / Apparel / Kidswear E-commerce will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in marketplace backend portals will have an advantage.
- Should be comfortable working with large Excel reports and marketplace data.
