Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Documentum D2 Configuration Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Documentum D2 / EMC Documentum . The candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, administering, and supporting enterprise content management solutions across business units.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in D2 configuration, workflow automation, document lifecycle management, system administration, and enterprise integrations , preferably within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Documentum D2 applications, including cabinets, metadata, lifecycles, workflows, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain D2 configurations, UI layouts, forms, and business rules.
- Manage and support Documentum D2 implementations across multiple business units.
- Configure document workflows and automate document lifecycle processes.
- Perform system administration activities including users, roles, permissions, groups, and access management.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and performance-related issues.
- Perform Documentum D2 upgrades, patches, enhancements, and configuration changes.
- Support integration of Documentum with enterprise applications such as ERP, QMS, and other business systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise and regulatory standards such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, where applicable.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, configuration documents, and user guides.




- Provide end-user training and ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery and support.

Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Documentum.
- Proven experience specifically with Documentum D2 configuration and administration.
- Robust understanding of document management, workflows, lifecycles, metadata, permissions, and ECM concepts.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide production support independently.

Compensation Bill Rate: 90,000 1,65,000 per month Candidate Submission Limit: 3 candidates per supplier
