Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to manage corporate and non-clinical hiring, with strong exposure to leadership and senior-level hiring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and non-clinical roles across Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, IT and other functions.

2. Leadership Hiring

Handle senior-level and leadership mandates, including Manager, Senior Manager, AVP/VP and critical positions.

Source and engage passive candidates for niche and senior roles.

3. Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.

Conduct detailed CV screening and initial candidate assessment.

4. Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Business Heads, Functional Heads and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.

5. End-to-End Recruitment

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening to interviews, offer negotiation and joining.





6. Recruitment Metrics

Track hiring TAT, positions closed, offer-to-joining ratio, pipeline and other recruitment metrics.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Corporate / Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience in leadership & senior-level hiring
- Solid sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and candidate closure skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
- Ability to manage multiple mandates independently

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to corporate and non-clinical hiring
- Must have handled leadership / senior-level hiring
- Experience hiring across Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, IT and other corporate functions
- Healthcare experience will be an added advantage
- Candidates from large corporate organizations, IT Services, FMCG, Consumer, Retail or Healthcare are preferred
- Should be hands-on and not limited to interview coordination
