- - We are looking for an experienced Divisional Application Manager to lead application support, technical operations, customer engagement, and team management across the region.

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the divisional application support team across the region.

- - Develop and implement application strategies aligned with business objectives.

- - Provide scientific and technical guidance on IVD products and solutions.

- - Support assay implementation, workflow optimization, troubleshooting, validation, and performance evaluation.

- - Ensure smooth installation, validation, and commissioning of IVD instruments.

- - Support pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, evaluations, scientific presentations, tenders, and key account engagements.

- - Build strong relationships with KOLs, laboratory directors, pathologists, microbiologists, clinicians, and hospital management.

- - Handle application-related customer escalations and monitor customer satisfaction.

- - Conduct customer training programs, workshops, seminars, and scientific meetings.

- - Develop SOPs, user manuals, application guides, and training materials.





- - Lead, mentor, and develop application teams across multiple locations.

- - Define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and identify training requirements.

- - Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.

- - Track competitor products, technologies, market trends, and customer feedback.

- - Provide market and application insights to support strategic business planning.

- Desired Candidate Profile
- - 8–15 years of experience in IVD, Diagnostics, Clinical Laboratory, or Medical Device industry.

- - Minimum 3–5 years of team management experience.

- - Solid knowledge of Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Hematology, Molecular Diagnostics, Microbiology, or related IVD technologies.

- - Experience in laboratory workflows, validation protocols, and quality management systems.

- - Exposure to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, reference labs, and healthcare institutions.

- - Strong technical, communication, customer management, and leadership skills.
