We are committed to innovation, quality, and reliable service. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive Dispatch Executive to strengthen our supply chain and operational workflow.

Position Summary:

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing both dispatch operations and day-to-day store activities, ensuring the smooth movement of materials from receipt to storage, inventory management, and final dispatch. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate timely deliveries, and support the Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatch Management

- Plan, prepare, and execute timely dispatches of finished goods as per customer and internal requirements.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Track consignments and maintain dispatch records until successful delivery.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials before dispatch.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and escalate delays or damages to management.

2. Store & Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming raw materials, bought-out items, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records in both manual and ERP/software systems.




- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, housekeeping, and preservation of materials within the store.

3. Documentation & System Updates
- Maintain accurate records of inward, outward, stock transfers, and dispatch activities.
- Update inventory and dispatch data in ERP/software (Tally, Busy, or similar systems).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, dispatch status, stock shortages, and pending deliveries.
- Maintain all dispatch and store-related documentation in compliance with company procedures.

4. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Accounts departments for smooth material movement.
- Communicate with transporters, vendors, and customers regarding dispatch schedules and delivery status.
- Support production planning by ensuring timely availability and issue of materials.
- Report inventory discrepancies, material shortages, damaged goods, or dispatch delays to management.

Educational & Skilled Qualifications:

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Graduate
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in store and dispatch operations in a manufacturing environment (experience in the mechanical or machine tool industry preferred).
- Language: Fluency in Hindi; basic English for documentation and communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
