We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage the day-to-day dispatch and order fulfillment operations for our Franklin Pickleball distribution business.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with inventory and shipping systems, and able to ensure that every customer and dealer order is packed, documented, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and dispatch orders received from dealers, distributors, clubs, retailers, and online channels.
- Pick, pack, and verify products against invoices/order sheets before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, dispatches, returns, and replacements.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, and other required dispatch documents.
- Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed, lost, or undelivered shipments.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding order priorities and dispatch requirements.
- Ensure proper packaging of Franklin paddles, balls, bags, apparel, and other sports products to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in maintaining an organized warehouse and ensure proper product storage.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and report discrepancies.
- Manage incoming returns and coordinate replacements where required.
- Update inventory/ERP systems regularly and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.




- Maintain dispatch-related reports and provide daily/weekly updates to management.
- Follow company processes for stock control, documentation, and dispatch accuracy.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, order fulfillment, or inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience working with an ERP, inventory management, or order management system is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with SKUs and quantities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of courier and logistics operations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup/business environment.
- Experience in sports, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG distribution will be an advantage.

What We're Looking For We need someone who is responsible, organized, proactive, and hands-on. This role is significant to ensuring that our dealer and customer orders move smoothly from our warehouse to their destination.

You should be comfortable taking ownership of the dispatch process rather than waiting for instructions for every task.
