Global Undergraduate Program

We are building a world-class undergraduate program designed to deliver an exceptional academic and student experience for a highly diverse international cohort. With students joining from 40+ countries, our goal is to create a globally benchmarked learning journey that combines academic excellence, career readiness, community, and strong student outcomes.

We are looking for a highly driven and operationally exceptional Experience Head to lead the end-to-end student journey across academics, engagement, operations, and outcomes.

This is a leadership role responsible for owning student success metrics, operational excellence, program delivery, and overall student satisfaction for one of the most premium higher-education experiences globally.

Key Responsibilities

Student Experience & NPS Ownership

- Own and drive overall student experience and student NPS
- Build systems and interventions to ensure high student engagement, retention, and satisfaction

Program Execution & Operations

- Lead end-to-end execution of the undergraduate program across: Academics, Workshops, events, Capstone, Career services, & Student engagement initiatives

Budget & Business Ownership

- Own program budgets, operational planning,



and resource allocation
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining a world-class student experience
- Monitor key performance metrics, utilization, and delivery effectiveness

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead cross-functional teams across operations, academics, student success, and career services
- Collaborate with leadership teams to continuously improve program quality and student experience
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, empathy, and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in program management, operations, student experience, consulting, higher education, edtech, or customer success roles
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes operations and cross-functional teams
- Experience owning budgets, operational KPIs, and outcome-driven programs
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with globally diverse student populations
- High ownership mindset with exceptional execution capability
- Experience in premium education, global programs, hospitality, consulting, or fast-scaling organizations is highly preferred
