POSITION OVERVIEW
Lead IT infrastructure and end-user services projects across JioStar, managing cloud migrations, network upgrades, security implementations, and device deployments. Track project progress, create executive dashboards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Requires strong technical background, PMP certification, and expertise in project management tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management &
- Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects and Tasks. (cloud migrations, Active Directory, network upgrades, ZTNA, device rollouts)
- Develop project plans with milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (network engineers, security, vendors) and manage scope, budget, and timelines
Task Tracking &
- Dashboard Creation
- Create and maintain project schedules, track dependencies and critical path
- Design executive dashboards with visual KPIs and project health indicators
- Develop automated reporting for portfolio tracking; prepare weekly/monthly status reports for management
Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to C-level executives and technical teams effectively
- Facilitate requirements workshops, steering committees, and business reviews; manage stakeholder expectations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or Engineering.
- Experience: 8-12 years in IT project management with large-scale infrastructure projects (500+ users, multi-location)
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 (Required) | Agile/Scrum, ITIL (Preferred)
- Technical Knowledge: Valuable understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking, Active Directory, identity management, security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
- Tools Expertise: Jira, MS Project, Asana | Power BI, Tableau, Excel dashboards
