Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic Direct Sales Executive to drive sales through direct walk-ins, IVR-generated leads, telecalling leads, referrals, and other assigned lead sources.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert direct walk-in customers into sales.
- Follow up on leads generated through IVR calls and the telecalling team.
- Handle leads received through Channel Partner referrals and telecalling campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project/product solutions.
- Conduct site visits, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and customer onboarding.

Key Skills





- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good customer handling and convincing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Prior experience in Real Estate/Insurance/Banking Sales preferred.
- Ability to generate conversions from multiple lead sources.
