As part of our growing operations in India, we are looking for talented and technically oriented Diploma Engineers to join our manufacturing and technical teams.

Position Overview

We are looking for Diploma Associate Trainees (DATs) from Textile, Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines who are interested in building their careers in a global manufacturing setting.

Selected candidates may be deployed across various functions based on their educational background, technical skills, aptitude, and business requirements, including:

- Production SSP / Spinning / Twisting / Weaving
- Polymerization
- Dipping
- Quality Assurance (QA)

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day plant and production operations as per assigned department.
- Monitor machines, processes, parameters and production activities.




- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Assist in identifying and resolving process, machine or quality-related issues.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, process parameters and material consumption.
- Maintain required production, quality and operational records.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and other cross-functional teams.
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with 5S and workplace safety standards.
- Follow company policies, rules and operational procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve technical and functional knowledge.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Department-Specific Exposure Production SSP / Spinning / Twisting / Weaving

- Monitor production processes and machine operations.
- Track production targets, efficiency and process parameters.
- Support troubleshooting and reduction of downtime, rejection and wastage.
- Ensure smooth and safe operation of assigned production areas.

Polymerization Chemical / Textile

- Monitor polymerization processes and operating parameters.
- Assist in maintaining process consistency and product quality.
- Follow chemical handling,



safety and environmental procedures.
- Support process improvement and troubleshooting activities.

Dipping – Chemical / Textile

- Monitor dipping process parameters and production activities.
- Ensure process and quality standards are maintained.
- Support inspection, troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Follow chemical handling and safety requirements.

Quality Assurance – QA

- Support inspection and testing activities.
- Monitor product quality against defined specifications.
- Record and report quality deviations.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production teams to maintain consistent quality.

Eligibility

- Diploma in Textile / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 0–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, production, process, quality or plant operations.
- Freshers with a strong technical foundation are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a plant/manufacturing environment and shifts, as applicable.
- Candidates should demonstrate a strong learning attitude and willingness to develop technical expertise.
