Digital Marketing & Website Specialist Work From Home

Google Ads | Meta Ads | Social Media | WordPress | Adobe | Lead Generation

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Website Specialist to work remotely (Work From Home) for an established Australian client.

This is a long-term, hands-on role for someone who can independently manage digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, website updates, creative content and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keywords, budgets, conversions and ongoing optimisation
- Manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads, including targeting, lead forms, retargeting and campaign optimisation
- Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Create and schedule posts, reels, advertisements and promotional content
- Monitor leads and ensure enquiries are properly captured and followed up
- Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows
- Work with Zapier, GoHighLevel or similar platforms
- Manage and update WordPress websites
- Create and update landing pages, website content, forms, plugins and banners
- Basic SEO and website optimisation
- Connect website and advertising leads with CRM systems
- Create graphics and marketing material using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express and/or Canva
- Basic video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
- Track marketing performance including CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions and ROAS
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations

Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for someone who only has theoretical knowledge or experience coordinating agencies.

You must be able to independently:

Create Launch Manage Troubleshoot Optimise Report

You should be proactive, organised and focused on generating quality leads and measurable business results.

Work Arrangement

- 100% Work From Home / Remote
- Working directly with an Australian client
- Long-term opportunity
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
- Must be available during agreed Australian business hours
- Robust spoken and written English is essential
- Regular Zoom/Teams meetings with the Australian team

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 23 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Experience managing multiple businesses/brands
- Experience working with Australian, UK, US or other international clients is preferred
- Healthcare, dental, education or professional-services marketing experience would be an advantage
