Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 5–6 years of experience to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, paid advertising, analytics, lead generation, and modern AI-powered marketing tools.

The candidate should be comfortable using AI to improve marketing research, content creation, campaign optimization, customer engagement, and overall marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, market research, and audience analysis.
- Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Create and optimize marketing content including blogs, landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and ad copies.
- Use AI tools to generate, optimize, personalize, and analyze marketing content and campaigns.
- Use AI-powered tools for market research, customer insights, competitor analysis, content ideation, automation, and campaign optimization.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, conversions, ROI, and other key marketing metrics.
- Work with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Develop A/B testing strategies for advertisements, landing pages, content, and campaigns.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, AI tools, platforms, and growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing automation and improve customer acquisition and retention processes.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, content, design,



and business teams to achieve growth targets.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, digital marketing, search algorithms, social media platforms, and advertising technologies.

Required Skills
- 5–6 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong social media marketing and content marketing skills.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI effectively for content creation, research, campaign planning, customer insights, and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and ROI.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with startups or fast-growing companies.
- Experience with B2B or B2C lead generation.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and AI-based workflows.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website optimization is a plus.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing paid campaigns.
- Experience using AI to automate repetitive marketing tasks and improve productivity.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can independently take ownership of digital marketing, bring current ideas, use AI effectively, analyze campaign performance, and contribute directly to business growth and lead generation.
