We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take ownership of our day-to-day operations and make sure our team, clients, projects, and deadlines move smoothly.

The Role

As an Operations Manager, you will be the execution backbone of Joyin Media.

You will coordinate between the Founder, Sales, Content, Videography, Editing, and Clients to ensure every project is planned, executed, reviewed, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day company operations and team workflow.
- Assign tasks and track deadlines across departments.
- Coordinate client requirements and project deliverables.
- Manage content production from planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate shoots, schedules, team availability, and logistics.
- Monitor project progress and identify delays before they become problems.
- Coordinate between content writers, videographers, editors, sales, and management.
- Review completed work before it is sent to clients.
- Track client feedback, revisions, approvals, and deliveries.
- Handle routine client communication and operational issues.
- Maintain project/task management systems and operational reports.
- Conduct regular team follow-ups and performance tracking.
- Escalate important client, financial, or strategic issues to the Founder.




- Help improve internal systems and SOPs as the company grows.
