Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social media presence through regular posting and engagement.

Design creative posts, reels, and other content for organic marketing.

Research trends and develop fresh, high-performing content ideas.

Prepare monthly content calendars and media plans.

Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.

Shoot and edit reels, videos, and other digital content.

Capture photos and videos during live workshops, retreats, and events, and create engaging content from them.

Support the smooth execution and monitoring of online events and webinars.

Meta ads knowledge will be an added advantage

Desired Skills

Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.





Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI etc.) to enhance content creation, design, and productivity.

Basic video shooting and editing skills (Premiere Pro, or similar).

Robust creativity with an eye for design, storytelling, and aesthetics.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

A genuine passion to make a positive difference and be part of a transformation movement that impacts lives.

Preferred Qualifications

Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Prior internship, freelance, or personal content creation experience is an added advantage. Strictly only Intern to apply
