We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Digital Marketing Executive to manage warm leads, support webinars, build customer relationships and strengthen brand communication.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of digital marketing and be comfortable communicating with prospective and existing users through calls, WhatsApp, email and Zoom.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage warm leads generated through Meta Ads, funnels, webinars and digital campaigns
- Communicate professionally with prospective users through calls, WhatsApp, email and Zoom
- Explain learning programs, platform features and the onboarding process clearly
- Guide interested users towards webinars, informational videos and appropriate next steps
- Maintain regular follow-ups and accurate lead records in CRM tools
- Support webinars, live sessions and online community activities
- Coordinate with marketing, sales and support teams
- Engage with existing users for feedback and relationship building
- Coordinate customer success stories and video testimonials
- Support the collection and management of genuine customer reviews
- Assist with Instagram and Facebook engagement
- Contribute to brand trust, online reputation and business-growth activities

Required Skills

- Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi




- Practical understanding of digital marketing and customer journeys
- Knowledge of social media marketing and lead-generation funnels
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and campaign-generated leads
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing and email communication
- Understanding of webinar flow and audience engagement
- Experience with CRM or lead-management tools
- Working knowledge of Canva, ChatGPT and Google Workspace
- Comfortable participating in Zoom meetings and webinars
- Solid follow-up, coordination and relationship-building abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 27 years of experience in digital marketing, client engagement, customer success, counselling, inside sales or business development
- Graduate in marketing, business, communication, media or a related field
- Experience handling warm leads through calls, WhatsApp and online meetings
- Exposure to EdTech, webinars, online education or community management
- Confident, organised and capable of representing the company professionally
- Immediate or short-notice joiners will be preferred
