ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Specialist to own CI/CD, release engineering, deployment automation and progressive delivery for an AIOps Automation Programme. The role focuses on reliable, secure and auditable releases across non-production, canary and production environments.

- Infrastructure-as-Code

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for AIOps automations
- Automate build, testing,



release and deployment processes
- Deploy ICM integration components, webhooks and triggers
- Implement versioning, feature flags and progressive rollouts
- Enable reliable rollback and controlled production releases
- Automate infrastructure and environment configuration
- Implement audit logging, observability and compliance controls
- Manage secrets, service connections and access permissions
- Support non-production validation and production go-live activities
- Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams

POSITIVE TO HAVE

- MLOps / DevSecOps experience
- Model deployment, versioning & monitoring
- Azure DevOps certification
- AIOps / ITSM integration experience
- Multi-wave production rollout experience
