Job Title: Developer – Clarity Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for two experienced Clarity Developers to work as individual contributors. The ideal candidates should have solid hands-on experience in Clarity technical development, GEL scripting, XOG, APIs, integrations, SQL, and system-to-system data exchange. These resources will be responsible for building, enhancing, supporting, and troubleshooting Clarity solutions and integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and support Clarity PPM technical components.

Build and maintain GEL scripts, XOG processes, APIs, jobs, and workflows.

Design and implement integrations between Clarity and other enterprise systems.

Work on inbound and outbound data interfaces using XOG, REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, and other integration methods.

Develop and troubleshoot SQL/NSQL queries, portlets, lookups, and custom reports.

Configure and customize Clarity objects, attributes, processes, and system components as required.

Analyze technical requirements and convert them into working solutions.

Support data migration, bulk data updates, interface monitoring, and error handling.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, technical leads, and application support teams.

Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production validation.

Follow coding standards, documentation standards, and change management processes.

Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support runbooks.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong hands-on experience as a Clarity Developer.

Rich experience working with GEL scripts, XOG, APIs, and integrations.

Strong knowledge of Clarity Studio, objects, attributes, lookups, portlets, processes, jobs, and workflows.

Experience building integrations between Clarity and external systems.





Good knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, JSON, and web service concepts.

Strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.

Experience with NSQL queries and Clarity reporting components.

Good understanding of Clarity modules such as project management, resource management, financials, timesheets, and demand management.

Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience supporting production incidents, enhancements, and change requests.

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Clarity SaaS or on-premise environments.

Experience with Clarity upgrades, migrations, patches, and integration modernization.

Knowledge of Jaspersoft reporting and Clarity Data Warehouse.

Experience with scheduler jobs, interface monitoring, and automated alerts.

Familiarity with authentication methods, API security, OAuth, SSO, and service accounts.

Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of timekeeping, finance, HR, or project management system integrations is preferred.

Role Expectations

Work as an independent technical contributor with minimal supervision.

Deliver high-quality Clarity development and integration solutions.

Take ownership of assigned development tasks, defects, enhancements, and support items.

Collaborate with architects and technical leads to align with solution design.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and properly documented.

Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
