Design Validation

Qualification Required B.Tech /B.E. - Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial, Production Engineering.

Relevant Experience Required

1. 3-6 years in Automotive OEM / Engineering Service Industry
2. Expertise in, Teamcenter EC, Vis Mock Up, DelmiaV5, NX, (including NX Kinematics)
3. Should have good communication Skills & should be from automotive background.
4. Strong knowledge of vehicle product structure and assembly processes.
5. Positive Understanding of -vehicle assembly lines, manufacturing feasibility, Assembly sequence planning, Fastening technologies and assembly tools

Job Responsibilities & Skills:

1. Develop and validate assembly product planning concepts for vehicle systems and components.
2. Define and optimize vehicle assembly sequences in alignment with manufacturing requirements.
3. Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM)



evaluations and provide structured feedback to design teams.
4. Support digital product validation and mock-up reviews using virtual manufacturing tools using NX, Vis Mock-up, and DELMIA V5.
5. Ensure feasibility of product designs with respect to assembly lines, tools, and equipment.
6. Create and maintain assembly-related documentations
7. Collaborate closely with internal counterparts, suppliers, and global stakeholders to incorporate inputs and resolve issues.
8. Expertise on assembly tools, including nut runners, fastening systems, and general tooling concepts.
9. Support multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to program timelines and milestones
