We are looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer – Structural with around 2 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of structural engineering principles and experience in structural analysis, design, and preparation of technical drawings.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting structural design projects from analysis through to detailed design, while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design of various structural systems.
- Prepare structural design calculations and engineering reports.
- Develop and review structural drawings and design details.
- Coordinate with detailing engineers, architects, and other project disciplines.
- Review design inputs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure structural designs comply with relevant design codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Assist in preparing design schemes and evaluating structural solutions.
- Check structural drawings and detailing for design compliance and constructability.




- Identify and resolve technical issues related to structural design.
- Support senior engineers in design development and project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation of design calculations, revisions, and project deliverables.
- Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in structural design.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals.
- Good understanding of RCC and/or steel structural design.
- Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
- Ability to interpret structural drawings and technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of relevant Indian and international structural design codes, as applicable to projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
