Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Analog Electronics Engineer with strong interest and experience in Embedded Systems and Power Electronics.

The ideal candidate should be capable of taking a circuit from concept → schematic → PCB → prototype → testing → debugging → working product.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working with hardware and solving real circuit-level problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design analog, mixed-signal and power electronic circuits.
- Develop complete circuits based on system-level requirements.
- Select appropriate ICs, MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, inductors, transformers and passive components.
- Design power supplies, DC-DC converters, LED drivers, motor/power stages and other power electronic circuits.
- Design signal-conditioning circuits, amplifiers, filters, ADC/DAC interfaces and sensor interfaces.
- Interface analog electronics with MCUs, DSPs, FPGAs and embedded controllers.
- Develop embedded hardware around STM32 or similar microcontrollers.
- Prepare schematics and PCB designs using KiCad / Altium / similar tools.
- Build and test prototypes and troubleshoot hardware at component level.
- Use oscilloscopes, DMMs, electronic loads, power supplies, function generators and other laboratory instruments for debugging.
- Perform circuit measurements and correlate practical results with simulations/calculations.
- Debug issues related to noise, EMI/EMC, grounding, stability, thermal performance and signal integrity.
- Modify and improve circuits based on test results.
- Work closely with firmware, mechanical and system engineers.
- Prepare design calculations, test procedures, test reports and technical documentation.

Required Skills




- Strong fundamentals in analog electronics and circuit design.
- Practical knowledge of power electronics.
- Good understanding of MOSFETs, gate drivers, switching converters, feedback loops and protection circuits.
- Understanding of ADCs, DACs, op-amps, instrumentation amplifiers and sensor interfaces.
- Experience with embedded hardware and microcontrollers.
- Ability to read and understand datasheets and application notes.
- Positive understanding of PCB layout and grounding techniques.
- Experience with circuit simulation and hardware debugging.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

Good to Have
- Experience with SMPS / DC-DC converters / flyback / forward / buck / boost / LLC / DAB.
- Experience with high-frequency switching circuits.
- Experience with CAN, RS485, Ethernet, SPI, I²C and UART.
- Experience with STM32 or similar MCUs.
- Experience with EMC/EMI design and testing.
- Experience with thermal design and power semiconductor selection.
- Experience with FPGA-based hardware.
- Experience with instrumentation, industrial electronics, railway electronics or aerospace electronics.

Most Important RequirementWe are looking for a "hands-on" engineer. You should be comfortable moving between:

Requirement → Circuit concept → Calculation → Component selection → Schematic → PCB → Prototype → Oscilloscope → Debugging → Final working circuit The ability to make the circuit work in the laboratory is more important than simply producing a schematic or PCB.

Educational QualificationB.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in:

- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Instrumentation Engineering
- or a related discipline.
