JOB PURPOSE /n Lead the furniture and interior product design function, combining strong aesthetics with manufacturing expertise to develop innovative, cost-effective, and market-driven solutions. /n 2.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /n - Lead and manage the design team. /n - Develop and execute design strategy aligned with market trends. /n - Conceptualize and develop modular/custom furniture and interior solutions. /n - Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. /n - Review production drawings, BOMs, and validate prototypes. /n - Lead design for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.



/n - Track global trends and drive design innovation. /n - Recruit, mentor, and develop design talent. /n - Ensure design quality and resolve manufacturing issues. /n - Support sales with presentations and client discussions. /n 4.
