Hiring: Dermatology Coordinator

Center for Sports Injury (CSI) is looking for a Dermatology Coordinator to join our team at our healthcare facility in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate dermatology consultations, appointments, and follow-ups.

Welcome and assist dermatology patients and their attendants.

Manage patient enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.

Coordinate between patients, dermatologists, nursing staff, reception, and other departments.

Explain dermatology consultations, procedures, packages, and treatment-related information to patients.

Assist patients with appointment scheduling and treatment coordination.

Maintain accurate patient records, appointment details, and follow-up information.

Coordinate pre- and post-procedure requirements as advised by the doctor.

Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments and treatment sessions.

Handle patient queries professionally and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Support billing, documentation, and other administrative requirements related to dermatology services.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Support the overall coordination and day-to-day operations of the dermatology department.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, dermatology, cosmetology,



healthcare coordination, or front office role preferred.

Candidates with experience in dermatology/aesthetic/cosmetology clinics will be preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good interpersonal and patient-handling skills.

Pleasant personality with a professional and patient-friendly approach.

Good computer knowledge and basic MS Office skills.

Robust coordination and organisational abilities.

Ability to handle multiple patients and tasks efficiently.

Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.
