Oversee all aspects of the production process, including assembly, Injection moulding and End of Line testing. /n • Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining efficient use of resources /n • Monitor production processes and adjust production schedules as needed to maintain quality standards and meet customer requirements /n • Manage and train production employees, ensuring that all the members are trained to perform their duties efficiently as per expected skill level safely. /n • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are available when needed /n • Develop and implement safety procedures and guidelines to ensure that all production processes are performed safely with 100% PPE adherence. /n • Ensure safety audits completion on time and vigilant to safety at workplace for safe working environment. /n • Collaborate with other departments, such as Maintenance, Manufacturing engineering, Quality, Engineering and logistics, to improve production processes and meet customer requirements /n • Ensure that all production processes comply with industry standards and regulations /n • Provide regular reports to senior management on production progress, OEE, Manufacturing scrap and output efficiency /n • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, 8D methodology,



7QC tools etc /n • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives to support for productivity cost savings from shop floor. /n • Maintain high level of 5S in shop floor and improve visual factory floor /n • Motivate employees to participate in KAIZEN and Suggestion process. /n • Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 quality management system standards /n • Solid knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools. /n Experience : Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in a production management role in the automobile industry /n Industry Preferred : Automotive/ Manufacturing in OEM. /n Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Electronics/Mechatronics related field. /n Knowledge : Strong knowledge of production processes, including assembly, Injection moulding, Servo pressing, Coil winding, PU Potting, Heat treatment and Electrical testing etc., /n /n
