Chandigarh University is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Admissions to lead a high-performing counselling and admissions team. /n /n The role will be responsible for driving student enrolments and counselling operations , while managing and developing a team of Admission Counsellors / Team Leaders. /n /n The ideal candidate should have robust experience in admissions counselling, tele-sales, team management preferably within Education or EdTech. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of Admission Counsellors / Team Leaders .

- Monitor key metrics including calls, connect ratio, lead conversion, counselling, enrolments, revenue and productivity .

- Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure achievement through effective team management.
/n
- Monitor CRM usage, lead allocation, follow-ups and data hygiene.
