- Planned and monitored production of precast structural elements including segments, girders and other project-specific precast components.
- Supervised daily production planning, manpower deployment, material availability, casting activities and production targets.
- Coordinated with Project, Planning, QA/QC, Design, Survey, Stores and Erection teams for smooth execution of precast works.

stacking and handling activities.

- Coordinated inspection and testing activities with QA/QC teams and client/consultant representatives.
- Managed yard resources including manpower, machinery, moulds, materials and equipment to achieve production targets.
- Identified and resolved production/site issues to minimize rework, delays and wastage.
- Ensured compliance with HSE/Safety requirements within the precast yard.
- Supported planning and execution of precast element transportation, storage and erection activities in coordination with the project team.
- Strong experience in team leadership, production planning, site coordination, quality control and project execution.
