Job Purpose To manage overall plant operations and ensure production, quality, safety, productivity and cost targets are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily/monthly production.
- Ensure smooth and effective plant operations.
- Control production cost, wastage and rejection.
- Ensure quality and timely production.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Purchase, Stores, HR and Dispatch.
- Manage manpower and improve productivity.
- Ensure safety and statutory compliance.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
