Senior operations role. 15+ years' experience required — please don't apply if you're below this.

We're looking for someone to take full ownership of day-to-day operations at a Mumbai-based garment manufacturing and social enterprise — planning, production, supply chain, and outsourcing — so our Operations Head can focus on strategy and growth.

You'll own the entire order-to-delivery cycle (confirmation → PP approval → material → stitching, in-house and outsourced → finishing → inspection → dispatch), run a consolidated capacity plan across in-house and outsourced units, and hold full decision authority in the Operations Head's absence — including the authority to hold or release shipments on quality or compliance grounds.

You should apply if you have:

- A degree/master's in Textile Engineering, Technology, or Garment Manufacturing




- 15+ years leading textile/garment production, planning, or operations
- Demonstrated ownership of a full order-to-delivery cycle, including outsourced production
- Strong Excel skills, sharp written/verbal English, and the calm to hold multiple departments to their commitments
- Comfort working in a values-driven social enterprise where impact and commercial delivery go hand in hand
