Job Role: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive

Location: Hennur, Bangalore (Work from Office)

Salary: 18,000 35,000 per month

Incentives: Up to 80,000 (Performance Based)

Eligibility Criteria

- Education is not mandatory (Any qualification can apply)
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Good communication skills required
- Must be confident and outspoken
- Should be comfortable working with targets
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates from job portals (Naukri, etc.)
- Screening and shortlisting profiles
- Scheduling interviews
- Candidate follow-ups
