MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- 8+ years in Data Science / ML / Advanced Analytics
- Strong statistics: hypothesis testing, regression, time series, Bayesian methods
- Advanced SQL and large, multi-source datasets
- Python or R
- scikit-learn, statsmodels, pandas, NumPy
- AWS: SageMaker, Redshift, Athena, Glue, QuickSight
- Hands-on Tableau experience
- Metrics frameworks and dashboard development from scratch
- Predictive modeling & anomaly detection
- Solid communication and stakeholder management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build metrics frameworks and operational dashboards
- Develop predictive models for failures, trends and capacity
- Implement automated anomaly detection
- Perform statistical root cause analysis
- Analyze production issues and business impact
- Partner with engineering teams on data instrumentation
- Present complex findings to technical and executive stakeholders
- Document metrics, models, data sources and dashboards
